Hi, my name is Cody Adele Stern.
I’m a passionate Junior Interior Designer and Project Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong foundation in both design and construction. I graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a minor in Business.

Most recently, I worked at Schilling & Company in Dunwoody, Georgia, where I gained invaluable experience managing residential projects from concept through installation. There, I strengthened my technical skills—drawing floor plans, creating presentation decks, sourcing materials and furnishings, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients throughout the build process.

Growing up in the design and construction world gave me a unique appreciation for how space can be transformed from the ground up. My academic experience at Auburn and internships in both California and Alabama taught me how to turn conceptual ideas into functional, visually stunning environments that balance innovation and comfort.

My design philosophy revolves around crafting spaces that not only look beautiful but also enhance the daily lives of the people who use them. I love mixing the old with the new—curating details that bring personality and purpose into every corner. I also take pride in finding the perfect pieces myself, often discovering hidden gems that bring character to a space.

I’m currently seeking a full-time opportunity where I can continue growing, contribute to a creative team, and put my technical strengths, strong work ethic, and eye for detail to good use.
